Nominate Someone Today

We welcome you to nominate a person or a family you think could use some assistance.

Nominations received by September 30th will be considered for this winter holiday season.

All nominations received after this deadline will be reserved for next year.

Please note the following criteria when submitting your nomination:

1. Nominees must live within incorporated Mokena, or within unincorporated Mokena serviced by the Mokena Fire Protection District.

If you are unsure, feel free to submit your nomination, and we will let you know if they don't qualify.

2. Self-nominations will not be considered. Nominations must be submitted by someone outside of the nominee's household.

3. Contact information for both the nominator and nominee must be provided, so that we may contact all parties. All information will remain confidential, and never be given out to anyone.
